ROMMEL GOJO MUSIC PRODUCTION offers digital music products, memberships and subscriptions, original music and performances, print-on-demand music-related merchandise, and other music and media production services.
Product descriptions, pricing, availability, and promotional statements are provided as accurately as reasonably possible. Digital products are generally delivered electronically using the delivery method stated at the time of purchase. You are responsible for providing accurate information and having the necessary device, software, internet connection, and compatible applications to access digital products.
For physical products, including print-on-demand merchandise, applicable product, shipping, delivery, return, refund, or other conditions will be disclosed at or before purchase, subject to applicable law.
We may modify, discontinue, or limit products or services, subject to applicable law and obligations already accepted by us.
Nothing on the Site guarantees a particular artistic, commercial, financial, career, or other outcome.
3. CONSULTATIONS AND APPLICATIONS
Submitting an inquiry, application, or booking request does not guarantee acceptance, availability, or purchase of any service. A consultation is an opportunity to discuss your needs and determine whether a service is appropriate.
Any Custom Song or other paid service may be subject to separate written terms covering its scope, pricing, payment arrangements, deliverables, revisions, intellectual-property rights, cancellation, refunds, and other applicable conditions.
4. RECURRING PAYMENTS AND SUBSCRIPTIONS
Certain products or services, including the Supporters Circle membership, may be offered on a recurring-payment or subscription basis.
By subscribing, you authorize the applicable payment provider, including PayMongo or PayPal, to process recurring payments using your selected payment method according to the subscription plan you choose. The applicable amount and billing frequency will be disclosed before or at the time of purchase.
Recurring payments will continue according to the selected plan until you cancel the subscription or otherwise revoke the applicable payment authorization, subject to the applicable payment provider’s terms and applicable law.
Payment processing, authorization, declined or failed payments, retries, and other payment-provider functions are subject to the applicable terms and policies of PayMongo, PayPal, or the payment provider used.
We may contact you regarding the status of your payment or subscription. We are not responsible for a payment provider’s failure, delay, or inability to process a payment for reasons outside our reasonable control.
Subscription cancellation, refunds, and other conditions are governed by the terms presented for the specific subscription and applicable law.
Digital products and downloads are generally non-refundable once delivery or download access has been provided, subject to applicable law.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement, the Site and its contents—including original music, recordings, artwork, text, graphics, logos, videos, and other materials—are owned by or used with permission by ROMMEL GOJO MUSIC PRODUCTION and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially exploited without prior written permission.
